Account / Responsible gambling

Controls inside the vault.

The same limits travel with the account. Most people who play late are fine. Some are not, and the difference is usually visible in the ledger first.

§1 The limits

Every account opens with a weekly deposit cap and a session timer already switched on. They follow you across devices. Lowering any limit applies instantly. Raising one waits 24 hours.

Set them against a budget you can lose without the week changing shape. Gambling is not an income, and it is not a way to win back what a bad night cost.

Weekly deposit cap

On

$250 / week

Counts deposits, not losses. Resets on a rolling seven-day window.

Session timer

On

40 min

Hard stop, then a two-minute lock before you can log back in.

Loss limit

Off

Not set

Daily, weekly or monthly. Once reached, play stops until the window turns over.

Reality check

On

Every 25 min

Time played, amount played, net position. One tap to stop there.

Cool-off

Ready

24 h → 6 months

Immediate. Cannot be shortened once it has started.

Self-exclusion

Final for the period. Marketing stops with it, for good.

§2 Warning signs

None of these is a diagnosis. Two or three together are worth tapremium marker seriously, and worth acting on the same night.

  • Playing longer than planned, most sessions, not just the good ones.
  • Depositing again straight after a loss to get back to level.
  • Rent, bills, or a budget meant for someone else ending up in the account.
  • Hiding how much or how often, or being annoyed at being asked.
  • Sleep, work or people slipping because the night went somewhere else.
  • Relief rather than fun when a play lands.

If you recognised more than one of these, set a loss limit before the next session, not after it.

§3 Stopping

A cool-off pauses the account from 24 hours to six months on every device: log-in is blocked, open promotions close, marketing stops. Self-exclusion runs from six months to permanent. Any withdrawable balance stays yours and can be withdrawn while the block is running.

§4 Getting help

Free, confidential support services for people worried about their gambling exist almost everywhere, run independently of operators, and cost nothing to contact. Search for the service that covers where you are, or ask our support team to point you at it — without a sales pitch on the way out.

§5 Under 18

Nobody under 18 may hold an account or play here. Keep the password and payment methods out of reach of children, and don’t let a device stay signed in on a shared machine. Accounts that fail the age check are closed and deposits returned.

§6 Our end

We watch for patterns that usually mean trouble: sharp jumps in deposit frequency, repeated limit-raise attempts inside a session, play stretching across nights. When we see them, you get a message and the controls in front of you rather than an offer.

18+ only. Play responsibly. Offers are for new accounts unless stated otherwise; deposit bonuses carry a play-through requirement before it clears; terms apply. This site is a non-commercial design concept for demonstration purposes only.
